Shipping & Return Policy
Returns
Returns shipping: Buyer pays return shipping for buyer's remorse.
ALL RETURNS need to be brand-new, unused, and an unworn item in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached. All returns will be inspected upon receipt to confirm the item has not been worn and is in the original packaging.
Return Window:
- Returns accepted within 15 days if purchased in our physical store.
- Returns accepted within 30 days if purchased online from our website.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds will ONLY be offered for unworn shoes and must be in their original packaging.
To complete your exchange/return, please provide us with your:
- Original order number
- Full name
- Best form of contact
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns due to buyer's remorse.
If returning a defective item, we require you to send us photos of the defective product before a return will be authorized.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
NOTE: Many exchanges are handled the same day they are discussed with you. However, refunds can vary depending on processing times at your banking institution.
Prepaid Return Label
We will be happy to email you a pre-paid USPS shipping label for your return.
This will reduce your refund by $15.
ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE.

If you have any issues, we are always here to help! Please call us at (786) 353-9696. However, you must email us in writing to get prior authorization # for a return and include the reason for the return.
